Why Your Brain Loves Loops

Your brain is wired for repetition. It likes the familiar — even if it’s painful.

What to do

  • Notice repeated patterns
  • Ask: “What is this loop trying to solve?”
  • Disrupt it: move, write, speak, act

You don’t have to break the loop perfectly.
Just don’t stay unconscious in it.
