What to Do With a Bad Day

Everyone has bad days. The problem is thinking we shouldn’t.

Do this instead

  • Name it — “This is a low day”
  • Lower the bar — “What’s the smallest win I can go for?”
  • Soothe, don’t spiral — Warm blanket, no social media, kind words

Remember

A bad day doesn’t mean a bad life.
Learn to let the day be hard without making it harder.
