Common Thinking Traps

Your mind often lies to you. It doesn’t mean you're broken — just human.

Watch for:

  • All-or-nothing thinking (“I always fail”)
  • Catastrophizing (“This will ruin everything”)
  • Mind reading (“They must think I’m stupid”)
  • Shoulds (“I should be over this by now”)

Noticing these traps is the first step to escaping them.
