The Maze
What it is
The Maze is the mental trap of replaying betrayal, injustice, or hurt from the past — usually centered around someone who wronged you. You keep thinking, “Why did they do this to me?” or “When will I get justice?”
Why it matters
Staying in the Maze gives your energy away. It can last for years — even decades — if left unchecked. The longer you stay, the more you lose connection to your own potential.
The only way out
- Forgive not for them, but for you.
- Visualize yourself walking away from the Maze.
- Say: “I will not get what I want here. I choose my own life.”
“You think you're seeking justice — but you're giving up your power.”
